Das noch ganz neue Hotel im Quadrill wird seinen offenbar selbstgesteckten Ansprüchen nicht gerecht. Die Zimmer sind eh ganz schick, doch furchtbar unpraktisch (kein einziger Schrank im Zimmer; Oberflächen, die wild Staub anziehen; Waschbecken meterweit von Seifenspender & Co entfernt). Wenn(!) Personal im Check-In-Bereich anwesend ist, dann ist es freundlich – wenn nicht, wird man um 14:57 beim Check-In-Automaten nach den ersten Schritten rüde daran erinnert, dass man sich doch bitte wieder entfernen und um 15:00 wieder kommen möge: Es sei noch zu früh. Das Personal im Frühstücksbereich ist gleichgültig-lethargisch: Nach 06:30, wo der erste Frühstückstrubel schon einsetzt, beginnen seelenruhig noch grundlegende Vorbereitungsarbeiten fürs Frühstück. Wünsche nach speziellen Zimmern werden ignoriert, obwohl sie auf Nachhaken hinaus möglich gewesen werden. Alles in allem ein Start mit noch sehr viel Luft nach oben. Preislich würde es für ein Billighotel gut passen – für das Luxussegment bleibt noch viel zu tun.

Vi hade en svit med extrasäng (bäddsoffa) till tonårsbarn. Den var bekväm. Allt var nytt och fräscht och bekväm säng. Sov endast en natt på genomresa så upptäckte inte omgivningarna något. Garage fanns under hotellet och vi betalade 20 € mellan kl. 23-10.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Bett super bequem. Einziges Manko, am ersten Tag funktionierte das duschen mit warmen Wasser, es musste aber lange laufen bis es warm wurde, am zweiten Tag blieb das Wasser jedoch kalt. Wir wussten nicht wieso.
