"My trip last week 4/18/26 - 4/21/26 was awful! On check-in, I waited 10 minutes before Lawrence came around the corner, then another 5 minutes for him to deal with another guest, then do something on his computer. The room was in a good location for us, but it was nasty! The floors were sticky, there was urine on the base of the toilet, the AC filters were dirty, and the complimentary breakfast was gross. I inquired when Ken, the general manager, would be available, then asked him to come to our room to see what I was talking about. I also had pictures to show him after I had cleaned the AC filters shortly after arriving, and the paper towels that were black from the area where my wife wiped up some of the sticky mess. We would not put anything on the floor. Based on all of that, we went out and bought flipflops to wear in the room and in the shower, not trusting that it had been cleaned either. Unfortunately, there were some issues last year when we stayed here, but I did not submit a review because Ken credited me for a weekend night. This time, he told me that he would give me a free night because he could not give me a credit because I paid through a third party, Expedia. Funny thing, I paid the same way last year, so that was not true. We will not be going back to that property because of the lack of cleanliness, even if I was offered three free nights!"
