"THE location! Central to the boardwalk, beach and restaurants. Carolina market deli is literally at the backyard. The ability to walk anywhere is a plus. The block wall construction keeps the noise out. The hotel shows its age but is maintained. The bed is a futon style mattress on a platform and provides sufficient comfort and ease climbing in and out. The shower is dated ( as always bring flip flops ) The water pressure is strong. The room needed a matched blind as the security lights on the porch were far more evident on one half of the window at night. The window style a/c is more than adequate and kept the room very cool but was a little noisy. Perhaps a newer version is built with the sound level in mind but not a deal breaker. All in all we were pleasantly surprised and felt the value in this room far outweighed any negatives."

"Beautiful views of the ocean and Carolina Beach. The condo was beautiful and looks recently updated. Bright, spacious, and comfortable. Ample supplies in the kitchen. Bedrooms were roomy. Nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. Huge deck over looking ocean with very nice furniture on deck. Beach chairs were also available for use. Great for families. Plenty of room for everyone. Also walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk. Check was quick and easy. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this property."
