The room was newly renovated, and all the appliances were brand new. The location is excellent, right in the city centre and only a 15–20 minute walk to Union Square. The room itself is comfortable; however, the noise levels are quite high. Even on the second floor, street noise is very noticeable, especially on weekends. Early in the morning, the street-cleaning vehicles are particularly loud. I also had to report noise from the upper floor, as loud music and disturbances were clearly audible between 11pm and 2–3am. To their credit, someone came to check on the issue the following day
