The room was clean, but no fridge or microwave. Just a kettle. Access to an iron. Beds were firm. The staff were great. The location was in the heart of the Medina, close to public transportation and restaurants. It wasn’t very noisy. We didn’t have any breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Kudos to Mohamed. Very friendly and kind. Would recommend this hotel. Traveled with a group.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the entire hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and all the staff were friendly and accommodating. A special thank you goes to the receptionist, Nada, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. She was professional, always greeted guests with a smile, and was incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived until we checked out. Her dedication and positive attitude truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again.
