The Queens Hotel
"Four friends on a weekend city break. Both our rooms were set up as twin beds as requested. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, as females we do like to be able to spread out make up and hair styling equipment, there was no mirror on the desk. We have stayed in many hotels and this is the first time we have come across this. Breakfast was fantastic, the choice, quantity and quality of food on offer was excellent and surprisingly good value. I must highly commend your reception staff who went above and beyond in helping one of our party who suffered a fall outside the hotel. Offering ice packs, wheelchair, escorting us to the railway station. Their kindness and help made a very difficult situation for our friend more comfortable. Our friend was eventually diagnosed with a fracture of the ankle later that evening. I would more than recommend The Queen Hotel, its location, value for money, fantastic food and decor. But above all else - the staff, you looked after us so well."
Hampton by Hilton York Piccadilly
"Perfect location for city centre York. Discount at the nearby Q Park, a few minutes walk away, as the hotel does not have parking facilities. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, however one day used dishes were not cleared away quickly enough for people going in for breakfast, so people had to clear tables themselves, however the other days this wasn’t an issue. Rooms clean and well equipped. All staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel."
Novotel York Centre
"Modern well located property with its own carpark close to city centre. Car park cost was 18.50 gbp which I thought was a bit expensive if you stayed there. Breakfast was really good. Would definitely stay there again."
Burn Hall Hotel
"Staff were very helpful and efficient"
The Milner York
"The hotel is very well presented and maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was appropriate for our needs, as was the breakfast. The proximity to the railway station made this hotel very appealing for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay here. Thank you."
Hyatt Place Leeds
"Nice rooms, great location. Our go to in Leeds"
Leeds Marriott Hotel
"Lovely friendly staff that couldn’t do enough for you. Very clean hotel and rooms. Location perfect. We will be back"
Clayton Hotel Leeds
"Very helpful to my dad. I want to thank the following people over my two day stay. Ramsay Asia Livia Amelia and Antunia They were fantastic with my dad who has dementia"
DoubleTree by Hilton Harrogate Majestic Hotel & Spa
"Generally a good stay. Some of the rooms seem a bit tired, but we were happy with our recently refurbished room. The hotel is a great location for exploring the local area and has a good restaurant for breakfast and bar area. We also enjoyed the complementary access to the spa/pool."
