It is a quiet and charming hotel, in a very nice old building, the service very friendly. The views are the best part. It is true that you have to climb quite a steep hill to get to the hotel, but overall worth the effort.

Beautifully restored old hotel with great views
This is a place full of character. 3 very old buildings on a hill overlooking the golden horn and Bosphorus. It has been restored and decorated to a high standard. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The roof terrace gives an amazing view. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the swimming pool.

I had a great stay at HHK Istanbul. The staff was very friendly, forthcoming and helpful. The room was nice, but you could hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms, but as the night settled down so did also the noise. I would definitely stay here again.
The definitely highlight, after the staff, was the roof terrace with a wonderful view of the city. This, and the pool, was the reading for my choice of hotel. It was also very budget friendly, and I would recommend anyone to stay here.
It is also easy access to Public transportation. Metro, bus and boats are within ten minute walking distance.
10/10 value for money. Great experience :)

This is a clean pleasant hotel with wonderful views.
The rooms are a little tired but ok - Good shower and AC.
The streets around the hotel are very run down akin to a shanty town with begging kids but just sad not dangerous.
A very steep incline to the hotel - so if not able bodied get a taxi
I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place for the cost.

Hotel was good in general. Our room was a bit small but guessing it was because we had the economic room. Breakfast was great, plenty options to choose from. A truly Turkish breakfast. The staff were friendly. Location was walkable to Sultanahmet. Overall, good experience.

Very nice! All employees are very kind and friendly! The place is clean and cosy, the views are spectacular. It is important to check how to get here because it is a little tricky and I would recommend to put a sign near the doorbell for precision.

We stayed there for 4 nights. Overall we would rate 8 out of 10. Area not the best even it's central part of the city, and very dark streets around there at nights, good to have a flashlight. But hotel has cameras all around for safety. Members of staff excellent, very caring and polite, helpfull and willing to provide the best service, open 24/7. Specially welcoming member of staff was Ibrahim. The view from there is amazing, swimming pool very refreshing, breakfast great, changing few positions every day.

The property has amazing view better view of golden horn, partial boshups and bridge, Galatea tower, camlica tower than Any other 5 star experience hotels I stayed. 5 minutes walk away from metro station to taksim square -fatih ect. However there a stiff hill to walk to hotel I don’t mind but it is there which help property to have the view.
Definitely will be back. Staff member ibrahim was there every day a true gentleman hard working.
