Location was perfect and felt very safe. That's were the convenience ends. We are a family of 4 and only booked this place as it has a pool, jacuzzi and sleeps 4 comfortably due to having 3 beds albeit one was a sofa bed. Told to send a msg. the day before for check in details, never responded. Called the number provided, no answer. Finally via WhatsApp we got a response, after some time. We booked for 4 nights. No washing machine. No extra blankets. Had to contact the person via WhatsApp again to book a time for the pool. Bookings are for one hour only. When the person confirms your booking via WhatsApp, you show the guard and off you go. Then to find out you can't use the pool without a swimming cap. Who travels with one of those. We purchased 4 to use the pool. Went to book the pool again, to find out the first day is free and after that you need to pay $10 US. everytime. Very frustrating experience. The room was fantastic, if staying a night, anymore then that it gets a bit tricky.
