My family and I went here to celebrate my 45th birthday. This hotel was perfectly located only six minute walk to the pier. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It was perfect for my four people family. The pool was awesome and warm and relaxing. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you to the host for keeping such a well-maintained room. We had so much fun.

Such a cute and cozy place to stay!! Having the kitchen was just great! AC worked very well too. And THAT POOL!!!! Clean and nicely heated which felt great after the very short walk from the beach. I don’t think the location could have been any better!!! We could see the carnival rides with how close we were but just far enough away that it wasn’t too loud. We will DEFINITELY be coming back next summer!!! Five stars all day!!!

Sunset Suites was pretty much okay, but the chief concern we had was the size. It’s smaller than a standard hotel room. Especially small was the bathroom, which had no counter space. There were coffee pods in the room, which was good and the property managers were responsive to our requests.

Perfect for our small family in a fantastic location. This part of Old Orchard Beach was equidistant to shops and restaurants as well as the beach and boardwalk. Great amenities and very helpful hosts.

Proche de la plage , du parc d'attraction et des restaurants. Piscine chauffée avec eau salée et plusieurs jouets de piscine déjà présents. Beau séjour en famille ! Je le conseille sans doute!
