Staff was very kind and helpful. Very nice small breakfast area on the roof. Rooms are cozy and comfortable; it's an updated older building with a lot of character. We chose this hotel based on a recommendation from friends who have visited Rome several times. We were not disappointed... location and service were amazing. We did have one issue with not having hot water the first couple of days but they got it worked out and it was fine the rest of the stay.
