Very beautiful courtyard garden. Wonderful breakfast and hostess. Window cools the room. No TV but we enjoyed the sunset and books.

Kathleen has curated a wonderful off the grid bed and breakfast. Our room was clean and well equipped to keep us comfortable. there are no electronics in the room which was ideal for a true off the grid stay. The breakfast she cooked us in the morning was wonderful as we exchanged laughs with her and the other guests.
If you're looking for a cozy, intimate experience in Montana, look no further than Laughing Horse Lodge. Just remember to book dinner well in advance, and those reservations often fill up - and are worth it!

The rustic room was charming, but what made the stay great was the hostess and the great breakfast she prepared. We really enjoyed just relaxing and talking with her the evening before.

We did not know going in that this was an "unplugged" bed and breakfast. So, no TV, no AC, no USB ports for charging our phones or hearing aids. The room was dimly lit. We didn't realize we needed reservations for dining and found out that the restaurant is only open on Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights. There are no nearby restaurants, so you're pretty much on your own. It was roughly 60 miles to the Glacier NP, so not convenient. Parking is very limited; on the night we arrived there was no parking due to the restaurant business. Also, when we arrived, there was no one there to explain anything to us. There was internet, but it was slow and poor cell service. There is no closet but there is a rack to hang clothes. In short, the website description was lacking in many respects.

I was disappointed with the place. There is no kitchen or refrigerator in the room. The bed mattress is bad. Power outages and lack of hot water.
