We were surprised and happy to find practically brand new refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker at a property that so desperately needs updating. That said, it was clean and comfortable, and the woman that checked us in was very helpful.

The room needs updated. Bathroom linoleum is torn in places. Parking lot is breaking up and has pot holes.

We arrived after 10 hours of driving to find they had cancelled all reservations without notifying me or the company I booked through. They had a supposed construction problem. The driveway and parking area was cracked and broken. The overall look was extremely run down. In the long run we were glad not to stay there except for the 90 minute call to get another hotel and then being charged for the new and old room that took a week to resolve.

2/10 Poor

Reserved the room 2 weeks before I was going to be there. Arrived that day and went to check in. Had to wait 15 minutes for her to show up at the desk when she got to the desk and I explained I had a reservation. The first thing she said was no you don't. I showed her my reservations email and she said no 'contract was canceled' and I left. I got to thinking why it was canceled. There was a big doing going on in that area and I think they realized they can make more money from people showing up that day then from me reserving it 2 weeks previous. The lobby was disgustingly gross the carpet and then the couch was nasty too. So it's probably a good thing it was canceled
