This location was great. We were close to everything we had going on. We did have one issue. We used hotels.com to book our stay. Website claims that this location is pet friendly. When arriving, we were told they are not pet friendly. The receptionist did go speak with the manager and for $75 pet fee for one night stay, they allowed us to stay. I explained that I have this same hotel booked for two rooms in May 2027 and will have a pet. Not sure what to do now... I did Google this Holiday Inn Express and under amenities it says pets. So I'm a little confused...

One of the cleanest hotels that we have stayed with in a long time. Staff was above and beyond friendly as well as being professional. Breakfast was amazing. [Cook and server was astounding and meals were more than anyone could imagine] We would go back tomorrow if we had the time. How does one get points for future visits with Holiday express. Staff was very uninformative about extra $100 fee for damage and when to expect it to go back to your account. Also when i called about early checking he didn't say anything about extra $60 plus tax. I think you need to educate your staff more.
