2/10 Poor

The room was unhygienic and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Most importantly, the door lock did not work, making it impossible to secure our belongings or feel safe. The entrance did not match the advertised photos, and no staff were available to help. We had to leave and pay for another hotel. I would not recommend this property due to serious safety and cleanliness concerns.
