She was welcoming & warm, & even took us to our room to ensure we were happy & comfortable.
The travel desk guy, Ravi, who planned our days in GOA & provided excellent tips was extremely helpful.
My personal favorite, Prem Kumar, at breakfast, who entertained us with talks & provided an excellent service.

Limited dining options - but those available (main dining room/lounge, pool and Riverside) were great (Riverside in particular).
Love the surrounding area, the grounds and the beach.
Avoided the pool area - as this was kid and family orientated at most times. Spa was first class too.
Generally, nothing was too much trouble for staff at this resort. Room was top notch.
The Fisherman's Wharf was just a stroll away - and was a great option for a drawn out...
The resort is beautiful with a large pool, great spa and 24 hour gym. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away, and there is a beach transfer available on a motorised rickshaw. The room was cleaned timeously and meticulously every day. The rooms are however very very small and it was a squeeze for 3 travellers who shared one room. Given the pricing of resorts in South Goa though, this hotel is great value for money-...
