Here is an honest review. Upon arrival we could not enter our rooms due to an issue where new PIN numbers needed to be issued. The WiFi was also down for a day. While the WiFi being down isn’t the end of the world, it is inconvenient but we could live with that. Unfortunately, cell phone service is poor in the building so that didn’t help. What made things worse was not being able to get into our rooms because we were given wrong pins and the only way they communicate is through the app or WhatsApp. Well if you have no WiFi and no cell service, you can see how problematic that can be. After finally getting in our rooms, we realized that the 2 ac units were not working or very weak. Not having on site reception is understandable as many properties do that but many properties also are quick to respond to needs. I have to say that after I escalated my situation, the Numa team was super responsive. I also have to say that they did the right thing and ended up giving us new rooms with acs that actually worked in addition to providing 15% refunds for the first night for all 4 rooms which in my opinion made a HUGE difference and made our short stay much better. The location is central to many restaurants and sites in Rome. Outside of the issues we had on day 1, this place is a decent place to stay given what it offers at the price. Thank you to the management team for making things right for all 12 of us!

The room was nice , comfortable as described and great location, but the air conditioner did not work and was not corrected for the duration of the 3 night stay, communicated several times daily and they continued to say that there was nothing wrong, however it was more hot in the room than outside. Had to sleep with the windows open and then the noise was unbearable...unacceptable. Was offered a 15% credit for the inconvenience that have not received...very disappointed with how we were treated 👎

The location is second to none, the room or apartment I should say, was large, beautifully decorated, super clean and the beds we’re exceptionally comfortable. We had a full bathroom and a powder room, which was is super convenient. Ammenities are great, kitchenette, laundry and an essentials locker fully stocked. The problem was that there is no staff on site, everything is managed remotely, so we got locked out of our room and we waited approximately 2 hours to have the problem resolved. Turns out I had neglected to pay for the city tax, although I did not get a remainder, once I paid, the access thing got resolved, but it took a while to get help and for the help desk to figure out what the problem was. Another thing is that there was no elevator access to our floor, we were in apartment 205 and instructions were to go up to the third floor and then go down one flight of curved stairs, with luggage in tow, I understand that old buildings are wonky, but accesibility is definitely an issue. All in all and even with the few issues we had I would absolutely book again.

The staff was very helpful. We had a glitch with our email and couldn't get the codes for the doors. They helped us and were very competent and genial. Thank you to Sergio and Eleonora. The room was spotless and appropriately appointed. The location is excellent for touring the Forum and Coliseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc. The only drawback was that the side street on which it is located was blocked to car traffic so we had to drag our suitcases a little way.

The place and the location were excellent. Check in was a nightmare- we were so tired, sweaty and no WIFI. We traveled for almost one day and arriving there with no staff (No customer service service was not a great experience at all) No one to talk to, no one to get answers. Location is very good and within walking distance of most historical things to see including the Colleseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the Pantheon. It can be a little noisy during the day and early evening, ear plugs are provided. But that is to be expected since you're in central Rome.
