very nice hotel and everything is new. The onsen pool is small but water quality is high and very clean. The room is featured with modern designs and fairly new. Wifi is fast and bed is western style and very comfortale to sleep on. Dinner and breakfast are healthy and good. The service was best in class. Highly recommend this hotel.

From the very start to the very finish of our stay, my family and I felt so very welcomed. The hotel was extremely clean and orderly. This particular hotel is very cozy. The onsen bath/ ofuro was extremely relaxing, clean, and refreshing. The staff are above and beyond professional and extremely courteous. We will definitely come back to stay at this hotel. We highly recommend this hotel after a long day of hiking and sightseeing.

夕食も朝食も新鮮な素材のお料理で　残さず美味しくいただきました。部屋も清潔で快適でした。スタッフも親切で、気持ちよく過ごせました。ホテルのすぐ前にバス停があり、便利です。乗鞍高原観光センターへも徒歩3分です。

【良い点】 ・建物内は改装してあり、部屋含めてとても綺麗です。 ・部屋の設備は最低限という感じでしたが、特に大きな不満もなく過ごせました。 ・温泉はちょっとぬるめでしたが非常に良い温泉でした。 ・食事はセルフでしたが、全般的に美味しい料理でした。 ・ロビーとお風呂場の前にウォーターサーバがあるのは良かったです。 ・スタッフの方の接客態度は好印象でした。 【もう少しの点】 ・エレベーターが無いのは少し残念でしたが、3階建てなのでそこまで大きな荷物でなければ問題ないと思います。 ・部屋からの眺望はありませんでした。

ホテルは清潔でオシャレで立地も源泉掛け流し温泉も朝夕の食事も良かったですが、何よりもスタッフが最高のホテルです。 チェックイン時に次の日の予定の話なり、雲海を見たいがどこがお勧めか？と問うとフロントスタッフ本人は知らなかったらしく奥にいるスタッフに聞いて色々教えてくれました。ビックリしたのはその後温泉に行くのにフロントを通り掛かるとさっきのスタッフが声を掛けて下さり再度雲海情報を山程教えてくれたのです。チェックインから1時間ほどてしたがその間親身になって色々私のために調べてくれたんです。これってまさにスタッフというよりコンシェルジュてすよね。 次の日の食事の時には「とうでしたか？雲海は？」とまた気にかけて下さり無事に見る事が叶った旨伝えて写真を見せると　自分の事のように喜んでくださいました。 いやあ、本当に楽しかったです。是非リピートしたいホテルです。

部屋が空いているということでアップグレードしてくださいました。 エレベーターがないので、2階の部屋に変更していただけて、とても助かりました。 お風呂の泉質もよく、短い時間の滞在でしたが、とても良い時間を過ごすことができました。
