This was a very easy and convenient stay for an early flight out of KIX. The room was nice and the staff was very helpful. We were only their for 1 night, so I can't say to much more.

Friendly staff. Tasty drink options during the free breakfast. Only thing I wish was they had a in-hotel laundry room.

This hotel is great and well located. The only thing that i didn’t like much was the self serve breakfast which the options were only microwavable fruits.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the amenities exceeded expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

A perfect spot for a simple vacation. The calming space with a simple check-in and check-out system so easy for a good amount of languages. The very well portioned complimentary breakfast was well assorted with great options for different tastes. As for the rest of the day everything walking distance from the hotel with a lovely interior with a very dedicated staff to match. They make sure your stay as well as you day to day travel is as easy as possible.

Great basic hotel. Clean and comfortable, albeit small rooms. Good location, close to Metro station. Breakfast was unappealing to us as European travellers, however local people seemed happier with it. Hotel has minimal staff presence, but when we had an issue with the self check-in machine, someone came immediately to help.

No staff for check-in, all done through computers. This hotel was in a great location, and had everything we needed for our four-day stay in Osaka. 7-Eleven right at the corner, and delicious food at the Dotonborri just a few blocks away.

The check in and staffs are helpful and prompt to attend to services. Room is clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast room is great. Breakfast is reasonable, but can always choose to go out to Kuruma Market for more variety 😀

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to restaurants, the train station and convenient stores were a few feet away. Walking distance to Namba and Dotonbori. There is free breakfast daily. I recommend this hotel and would consider coming back.
