"I had the pleasure of staying at The Restoration Hotel for one night to celebrate my birthday, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. This unique boutique hotel offers a charming atmosphere and is perfectly located near many of downtown Asheville's attractions. Before my arrival, I spoke with Kaylie, a Guest Curator, who helped me explore package options and graciously arranged a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday. Upon arriving, Morgan provided a warm welcome and seamless check-in experience, while Neal assisted with our luggage and went above and beyond throughout our stay. His attentiveness and thoughtful service truly stood out. When my friend and I brought fruit to the hotel, Neal even arranged for the chef to prepare it for us, which was an unexpected and appreciated gesture. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and immaculately clean. I was especially touched to find a handwritten birthday note from Kaylie waiting alongside the sparkling wine. The bathroom felt luxurious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and despite the shower pressure being a bit low, it did not detract from our overall experience. We enjoyed the complimentary Happy Hour, which featured a wonderful spread of cheeses, meats, fruits, and wine. Elton was a gracious host who ensured guests felt welcome and well cared for. Later, we spent time at the Draftsman Bar & Lounge, enjoying its unique atmosphere, full-service bar, bowling lanes, and pool tables."
