This hotel is perfect in every way! The room is sparking clean, food is top notched, amenities are high end, and the in room onsen is heavenly! The meals were amazing! Not to mention the beautiful views in the hotel and in our room! We will be back! Thank you!

洋食の夕食は美味しく、接客も丁寧でした。 ただ、せっかく寛いでいる場で、ドリンク飲み放題とは言え、お客が取りに行かないといけないのは、接客レベルがちぐはぐな感があり、興ざめかと思いました。 朝食のクロワッサンがパリパリで美味しかったです。 また、深い浴槽？があるとのことで、小学生以下の子どもは同性の保護者同伴でしか大浴場に入れない、前日までに予約をすれば、チェックイン前に大浴場を貸切りにして入れるということを、予約前に誰でも気付く様に明記頂きたかったです。（予約サイト経由でも。） 部屋の露天風呂は眺めはよいですが、狭めだったので、余計にそう思いました。 水が張ってある場所の下が崖（柵はなし）という箇所がいくつかあったため、小学校低学年くらいまでの子どもがいる場合は安全面で、保護者は少し落ち着かないかと思いました。 トータルすると、眺めがよい、部屋に温泉露天風呂があるのはよかったですが、他はスペシャルという訳ではなく、コスパとしてはあと20%くらい料金が低くてよいかと思いました。
