t looks like a place where truck drivers stay, with the standards of a three-star hotel. The rooms have an overwhelming smell of cigarettes, resembling a three-star Holiday Inn hotel

We couldn't go to Mardin, we have asked the Hotel to modify our reservation to same hotel but in a different city, bur they didn't accept! Same hotel but different branch, we felt disappointed to be honest.

I didn't like living in it, but soap on the laundry, shampoo and poet are hanging on the wall. And breakfast buffet is very few options
Verified review

6/10 Good

The rooms smell like cigarettes, and even in non-smoking rooms, the cigarette odor comes through the ventilation. At certain times, it feels like a four-star roadside hotel. The staff is limited.

Sonuçta Hilton otel güzel ama bundan 10 yıl önce gelmiştim daha bakımlı idi. Sabah kahvaltı çeşitleri az idi.

Otel biraz eskiydi. Odalardaki temizlik bence yetersizdi. Kahvaltı alanı bakımsızdı. Kahvaltı kalitesi artırlabilir.
