Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience.
First Room:
The first room I was given was unclean, with noticeable issues. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling, allowing me to see into the ceiling of the room above. Additionally, the showerhead was malfunctioning and didn’t rinse water properly. Due to these issues, I requested a room change.
Second Room:
The new room presented even more challenges. It was located next to a construction site that began noisy work at 7:00 AM on January 7th. The room itself was dirty, and the duvet provided was stained, torn, and had a strong, unpleasant odor. The shower had mold, and the shower door was broken, falling twice during use, which was both inconvenient and unsafe. The replacement duvet was cleaner in appearance but had a faint smell of urine. Furthermore, the windows were of poor quality, allowing humidity to seep into the room.
Buffet Experience:
The service at the breakfast buffet was subpar. A staff member removed plates from my table without asking if we were finished, which felt abrupt and unprofessional.
Overall Experience:
The overall experience was far below expectations, especially considering the cost of the stay. The cleanliness, room conditions, and service were unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel and feel it was not worth the money I spent.
