The hotel was close to the airport. This was good. They didn't have our reservation and said that they never worked with Expedia. It was not something nice to hear in the middle of night after we arrived to Kayseri. And I don't know who's fault it is - the hotel's or Expedia's.

Unser gebuchte zimmer wurde jemand anderem gegeben obwohl ich am morgen mich meldete und uns ein kleineres zimmer erstmal mit aufpreis angeboten.Erst nach nachdruck habe ich nichts dazuzahlen müssen.Internet war ohne funktion sowie der fernseher das keine kabel angeschlossen war.Die gesamt Ausstattung war schon veraltet.

am 25. Juli 2025 habe ich im Hotel „Yaşam Kule Airport“ eine Reservierung mit Frühstück vorgenommen und dort übernachtet. Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts wurde mir jedoch kein Frühstück angeboten. Obwohl diese Leistung bei der Buchung ausdrücklich angegeben war, wurde sie nicht erbracht, was bei mir große Enttäuschung und den Eindruck einer unvollständigen Leistung hinterlassen hat. Darüber hinaus bin ich im gebuchten Zimmer auf mehrere gravierende Mängel gestoßen: •⁠ ⁠Offene Stromkabel stellten ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko dar, •⁠ ⁠Es war kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden, •⁠ ⁠Ein Teil der Möbel war beschädigt und nicht nutzbar. Diese Umstände haben die Qualität meines Aufenthalts stark beeinträchtigt und lagen deutlich unter meinen Erwartungen. Die genannten Mängel sind durch Fotos dokumentiert, die ich Ihnen auf Wunsch gerne zur Verfügung stelle. Aufgrund der fehlenden Frühstücksleistung sowie der mangelhaften Zimmerausstattung bitte ich um eine Rückerstattung des gezahlten Betrags.
