For bike week, they decided to make it $15 parking per night for your motorcycle. Nothing was listed about that on the website when I booked. Other people complained about the same thing. I have stayed at many places down there for bike week in the past and NEVER had to pay for parking at any of them. Other than that it was ok. Your typical independant little beach motel. Nothing fancy.

The staff was nice. The ac worked great. The pool was my favorite part, granted it is small but on very hot days it was clean and refreshing. Housekeeper made sure We had fresh towels everyday and that we were good.. The walk to the beach was very short. We had a very great time there. And there is a little food place right next door that was nice to get up in the morning and go there for breakfast that opened at 7am. It was a great start to the day. We would definitely go again.

The pool was nice. The room had a hole in the ceiling above toilet, which dripped onto our toilet. Didn't have a TV for 2 days. Changed rooms little better. It does accept pets and had a good location for the Air show. Do your research. Oh yeah 1 more thing the 2nd room , one bed was unusable. Broken.

We stayed at the sea breeze inn from 6/13/26-6/17/26. We were very happy with our stay. The room is a little dated but they are making improvements. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean. The location was perfect to the boardwalk and the beach. The only thing we weren't aware of was paying $50 for parking if you pay cash $60 for credit/debit card. The air-conditioning worked great. Overall we would stay there again also the best price for a motel and close the the beach in Ocean city MD .

the hotel is outdated and needs a complete upgrade, but it was an ok place to sleep and get a shower. it was close to the boardwalk and the office staff was friendly and accommodating. if you are only staying for a day or 2 i would recommend it, the price was reasonable. parking is a little hectic because people cant park right but still an ok place.

The staff were courteous, helpful, and accommodating. The room was as clean as it could be under the condition it was in. There was obvious repairs needing done. The lights may have been a fire hazard. The bed frame corners damaged several shins. In the end, it was ok, because I was just thankful for an affordable place for the family so we could enjoy the beach.

Overall good location/parking and place for the price (for the area.) Our main issues were: the AC unit was incredibly loud, the TV didn’t connect to any services, and the room was overall definitely dirty and dingy. Not the cleanest or most ideal, but it’s a convenient place to sleep!

Price was $60 more than what I booked for. Pool was full of sand and very small. There was a powerline dangling less than 6 feet above the pool (had to duck while walking around the pool). Property only has 12-16 parking spots for roughly 30-40 rooms. Parking spaces are also compact car size. Very disappointed. Will not be staying here ever again under the current management.

They wanted to charge us $50 cash when we asked if our room was ready an hour before check in. Other properties have let us check in early with no problem if the room was ready and have even called us to let us know we could come early. Our other family member was told it would be $35 to check in early and they were just going to pay it but then they told her she didn’t have to because she didn’t have cash. Needless to say, the desk people are sketchy. We lost hot water around 10pm and when we checked out at 10 the next morning it was still off. The bed frames are terrible and stick out on the ends to where I broke my toe in the middle of the night. The chairs were dirty and wet. I was told the pool was out of commission as well. It’s definitely ok if you need a cheap quick place to stay for the night, but I wouldn’t stay longer than that.

The room was so dirty. Walking around the room for 10 minutes, the bottom of our feet were black. Under the bed, the shower, the bathroom, the dresser, everything was so dirty. We were only staying for a few hours to sleep as we passed through. If it was not for that, we would have not stayed. There were also ants in the bathroom. Overall the room was just gross! Also, I booked this place because I could bring my dog. Checked in, told them I had the dog, an hour later they tracked me down after seeing me walk my dog and required me $60 pet fee that I had to pay in cash. I don’t care about this but it says ocean view. There is no view of the ocean. We go to ocean city a lot and this was our first time staying there, never again! Spend your money elsewhere!

the room was ok... shown signs of not maintaining ......weather stripping on the front door was warn and broken... panel under front window was coming off the wall in the bathroom it looks like they tried to fix a broken molding with puddy bathroom had what looked like mold or buildup of heavy soap scum in the shower. no wifi, tv didnt work even with cable box attached and light showing green it did show lighted as on option to pick in the menu. the lamp between the beds didnt turn on ... i did bring the issue of the wifi no working to the attention of the front desk and was told to keep trying it. he was a nice guy and very friendly at check in, but it was almost like he didnt want to look into it .
