The hotel is adorable and it is located in a great spot. Walking distance to dinner and brunch. Parking was a fair rate. The view from the ocean front view room is AMAZING! If you’re lucky enough to book this room, it is completely worth it. It was so lovely having the balcony door open at night to hear the ocean waves. The only thing that was a bummer was we smelled weed the first night inside our room. It was either from the floor above or below. First thing in the morning, I told management and the problem was solved. We didn’t smell it the rest of our stay. Very grateful it was taken care of immediately. The beach is very nice and clean and it was the most relaxing weekend. We will definitely book here again.

Our stay was wonderful!! The view of the ocean was breathtaking, room was clean, bed was comfy. Only complaint was the little coffee maker was kinda gross, so I couldn't enjoy balcony coffee watching the sunrise. I did not complain to any staff, just did without. Otherwise 10/10!

My room was only cleaned one time during my four night stay. It was difficult to find the evening desk manager and he seemed unhappy when I asked for help with logging on to my computer. International students were rude. One was sleeping on a bed in a room that was being cleaned. Room was clean. Great view of the ocean. I will give them some grace since it was September but I was disappointed.

This was our 2nd time here. Room had a great oceanfront view. The room was spotless and the AC worked great. When we checked in, there was an issue with the laundry service, so there were no towels, but the staff was fantastic in getting us pool towels and then fresh towels when they had them. Hotel was full but we couldn't hear any other guests from our room. Great mid-town location and the price was much better than other hotels.
