Learn more about Reims
Beneath the Gothic spires of Notre-Dame Cathedral, where French kings once received their crowns, lies a city devoted to bubbles. The cathedral's magnificent facade tells stories in stone, while underground, legendary champagne houses like Veuve Clicquot and Taittinger reveal the secrets behind those precious golden sips. After touring the cellars, admire the Art Deco flourishes that survived two world wars, or visit the Tau Palace to see royal coronation treasures. The Mars Gate stands as testament to Roman roots, while the Hotel Le Vergeur Museum showcases medieval life. For a perfect afternoon, grab a flaky pastry at a local café and watch the light change on the cathedral's ancient stones.

Best Western Premier Hôtel de la Paix
"We loved this hotel. As a family of 5, including three large teens we needed two rooms. The hotel honored our request and put our two rooms across the hall from each other. The location is very walkable to all of the restaurants. Beautifully decorated, very modern. Hotel pool isn’t over-the-top amazing but it was nice for our younger boys to get some energy out before bed. The breakfast in the morning was a beautiful spread. Parking garage on site was very convenient. Would recommend this property."
Hotel Crystal Reims Centre
"Awesome period building in very centre of Reims. Been using it for over 40yrs! Loved all the upgrades & refurbs. Very happy to have air con this year (phew) Would be helpful if every room had a small fridge- hit & miss at mo. Still love the place- whatever"
Holiday Inn Reims Centre by IHG (Chambres Rénovées)
"Aloha, perfect location yes not near noise, yet a close 1/2 block nearby. Great AC for hot summer. Nice rooftop bar/dining. Wonderful helpful staff. Parking at hotel. Would stay here again."
Best Western Hôtel Centre Reims
"Location was excellent. Walkable to many restaurants, shops and activities. Unfortunately, painting was being done throughout the hotel, all day, everyday. This made for a foul smell and difficulty moving through the hotel. Rooms were very small with an unpleasant view."

This period is particularly affordable for travellers, with lower prices available at hotels. A stay of at least 1 to 2 days allows you to explore key landmarks, historical sites and cultural attractions such as the cathedral, monuments, various museums, charming churches, quaint cafes, shopping areas, and natural parks.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: When looking for discounted hotels in Reims, you may discover excellent opportunities by exploring the DealsOpens in a new window section on Hotels.com. For last-minute travel plans, check out the Last-Minute Deals area, where favourable rates could be available close to your travel date. Additionally, the app's Smart Shopping tool allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you're more likely to see a reduction when rooms become available or prices drop. Enabling alerts further helps you monitor flash sales and special promotions for your ideal getaway.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices may vary depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and time of year, so being flexible with your dates could help you save on your stay in a hotel in Reims. For those seeking distinctive experiences, boutique hotels may offer a more personalised touch and occasionally better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. Should the price be on the higher side, we might suggest more affordable dates that could help you find a better deal.
- Consider your location: Hotels near the city centre usually tend to be pricier; however, thanks to Reims's excellent public transport links, you may find a more affordable independent hotel further afield that remains well connected. For those keen to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money. Opting for these alternative destinations could offer a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
