We had a rocky start and I’m leaving a 5 stars review because Jasmine and Murat and the management at the front desk handled the situation in such a professional manner. The hotel is conveniently located, the spa has great service ask for Yohana for the best Hamam and massage in town. Rooftop has an excellent view of the Bosphorus. We started in a weird note because the room provided on the first night was different than what was offered. I spoke to Expedia and to the front desk and they were able to provide me with the right room for my second night. It was during the holiday of Eid Al Ardha. The manager Jazmin and Murat were very helpful and friendly. The spa treatments are VERY Nice!! Yo Hana did a SPECTACULAR hamam and massage. I booked two massage treatments in a day! Friendly, nice and highly recommended treatments and great location near the Bosphorus and the main landmarks in Istanbul old town
