Otelin konumu çok güzel bir yerde çarşıya çok yakın otel fiyatları da genel olarak uygun ama otelin yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var çünkü otel eski çok fazla hijyenik olduğunu düşünmüyorum

这次预订了二个房间，其中一间勾选要双人大床，check-in 时，前台说 :"那是特别注记，不保证会有，而且已经没双人大床的房型了!! " 我给前台看订位纪录，跟前台说 "勾选的怎么能说是"特别注记呢?” 我说我会跟 hotels.com 申诉，前台这才打电话给主管，告诉主管”客人说要跟 hotels.com 申诉!”，这才给了我我预定的双人大床房型。
这是 2、3 星等级的酒店，怎么能在 hotels.com 评为4星级呢?!

Please improve on lobby access to the main road
Bicycles were blocking the entrance of the lobby. No cars were able to drive in. I had to carry my luggages and walk a distance before getting to the lobby. It’s inconvenient for the guests and it should be rectify.
