Spectacular! The property is in prime location, close to everything important in sultanahmet area, close to the water (10 minutes walk or less), close to Galata bridge. The staff at this hotel was amazing; very helpful whenever I approached them with a question. Clean rooms and the décor was very inviting. The location is also the best. It’s a 5 mins walk to many of the must-see sites in Sultanahmet.

The staff at Biz Cevahir hotel was exceptional! They were very helpful and took care of any request we had. The rooms are very clean and having breakfast included was perfect! The hotel location is in the middle of Old City at a walkable distance from major monuments, dining options and tram station. I highly recommend staying at this hotel anytime you're visiting Istanbul. Thank you all!

The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel is in a convenient area. But the customer service in the hotel was not great. The receptionists don’t talk or welcome you much, the main entrance of the hotel was locked once because the receptionist had gone somewhere. Also the AC in the room can only be turned on if you call the reception and ask them to turn it on in your room. Breakfast options was were very limited.
