it was a wonderful solo trip to Yamanaka. the hotel was relatively new and nice room. everywhere was so clean in this hotel. they have open air onsen and resting area with popsicles and tea after bath. I went for AYCE breakfast and dinner half board option. great value for the money.

今回は、夕食・朝食を付けてお世話になりました。　この値段でこんな料理が・・と言うほどスタッフさんの対応も良いしまた来たいと思うほどでした。 一つ問題が浮き彫りになったのは、浴衣で部屋に用意されたサンダルで温泉を利用した時のこと自分が履いて行ったサンダルが置いた場所に無かった事でした。　　朝も温泉に行きましたがまた、誰かが履いて行ってしまった事です。 人の水虫なんか移ったら嫌でしたので、その点改善して欲しいものです。

ご飯のクオリティがピカイチでした。晩御飯も朝御飯も地元の食材をふんだんに取り入れた料理で大変美味しかったです。 また、ロビーや大浴場前に飲み物やライトスナックが自由に飲食できる様になっており、館内で別に飲料水を買う事はありません。 遊技場は、卓球、ビリヤード、ダーツ、モルックが無料で行える他、マンガやちょっとしたゲームも置いてあり、遊びきれません。 このホテルに滞在するだけでも十分行く価値があると思います。

７人家族、3世代(80歳代も3人含む)で2部屋利用。新緑と清流が素晴らしい景観でした。GW価格で割高料金でしたが、それでもお得！朝夕バイキングは評判通り凄い品数で、旬の工夫されたメニュー豊富！デザートも全部美味♪皆さん大変満足されていました。温泉も景色、温度共に良し。自然派ハーブティーやアイスキャンディーもいい。和室と洋室利用しましたが、布団はひいてありました。また、ゲーム部屋が最高！！チェックインしてすぐ翌日分まで予約しに行ったので、全種類満喫。特にモルックがあってビックリ、予約が無しで無料で色んなゲームあり。 2つだけ残念な点は、和室の丸い照明が低い位置にあって、頭が触れたらホコリが落ちてきたのが「うわっ！」となった点と、せっかくいい旅館なのに、他レビュー同様スリッパだけ残念。マイスリッパ持参が良いかも。清掃員の方や調理場など裏方含め、本当にお世話になりました。また利用します。
