I managed to get the Chinese translation of the English hotel name and address but they were all incorrect. When we arrived at the area called Taoxichuan, even staff from other hotels had no idea.
As it turned out, the hotel English name is Hyatt Unbound while the Chinese name is 凱悦臻迭.
Expedia must correct the hotel English name followed by the hotel name in Chinese to avoid confusion. Also imperative to get the EXACT address from hotel itself n revise the address on Expedia listing, n warn customers to be sure to show REVISED n CORRECT hotel name n hotel address, both in Chinese, to taxi drivers.
It was a scary n unpleasant experience, esp in pouring rain."
