"We had to have a discussion with the reservation staff to get a better room. We were assigned a first floor room over looking a parking lot. After some discussion and significant increase in room cost we were moved to a larger third floor room with a nice view of Lake Geneva. What is the point of staying at the Grand Hotel du Lac if you can’t see the lake from your room. The hotel had many large tour groups who swarm in and out fast. Our overall experience was very good it is a very elegant hotel with a very professional exceedingly friendly staff. Since it sits on the waterfront with easy access to lake front walking and many restaurants along the way."

Thirdly, the evening entertainment was not expected but very good indeed, the cabaret dancers put on a great show, very classy and professional. We will 100% return."
