This is an apartment room located inside a very old multi use building. There are many like it in this building. That said, the room was very spacious for 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Room has a nice balcony with great views. The instructions to get inside are very straightforward. The room manager is easy to get a hold of and communicates with and checks up with his guests frequently. Thankful for that! It's a very safe building in a very busy public location. Speaking of, the location is great being steps from Flaminio metro stop and right outside Rome's north gates (Plazza del Popolo). Would highly recommend this apartment.

Francesco was great! I appreciated that he reached out the day before to let us know that we could leave our luggage onsite before our check-in time so we did not need to drag it around the city while we were site seeing. They also offered to hold our luggage onsite on the check-out dated if needed. They use an app on the phone to open the front door to the building, entrance to the reception area up the first set of stairs, and the individual room. The room was clean and spacious for our family of four. I really liked that the Apartment was next to the metro, across from a cute plaza with plenty of restaurant options, and a short walk to the Spanish steps and shopping district (~11 min). I also really liked that the room was located in a safe/clean part of the city. I would definitely stay again!

In a wonderful location close to everything! Francesco was so helpful and the building manager was wonderful. The entry codes to unlock the doors is a little challenging (requires wi-fi). Bed and pillows very comfortable. Loved that we could open the windows. Next to a main bus line and beautiful plaza. Marble steps to the Borghese gardens. Walked to the Borghese Gallery with gorgeous staues by Bernini and others.
