Overall a good stay. I would stay here again. Good location for walking to different restaurants and area interests. Staff was helpful with storing our stroller downstairs. The portable air conditioner in the room kept it comfortable. Beds were very firm which I like but may not be for you if you prefer a soft bed. We booked for 5 people but only 2 bath towels in the bathroom. They will give you extra if needed but wish better stocked ahead of time. Toilet paper was very nice and thick, not thin stuff most hotels use. Also loved the mini fridge in our room.

The location of this place is very nice - close to many nice establishments. The hotel staff was very pleasant and friendly. My only "complaint" about the room is the air conditioning. Since it's a boutique hotel, they had to retrofit the AC, so they installed standalone units in each room. These are OK, but not great and quite noisy at night. But I would definitely stay at this place again.

AC inconsistent. Hot water inconsistent. Elevator broken during our entire stay. Staircase very slippery and steep and we fell on the first day. We stayed 4 nights and climbing from ground to first to fourth floor everyday for senior citizens in our group was definitely not ideal. Will not stay here again.

La habitación que reservé daba a la calle y no pude dormir por el ruido. Aunque no es una calle muy transitada de noche, todo se escuchaba, le hace falta aislante de ruido. La habitación en general bien, amplia, limpia. El jabón de la regadera no sé si era del hotel o si lo dejó un huésped previo, pero era de barra y se veía sucio, como sugerencia proveer de productos líquidos en botellas rellenables (había una botella pequeñita pero no decía si era shampoo o jabón líquido). La ubicación excelente, es muy fácil caminar por toda la zona (Roma, condesa, reforma), el personal amable. Me volvería a quedar si hubiera habitaciones aisladas de ruido. En todo caso, llevar buenos tapones de oído y antifaz (las cortinas no bloqueaban la luz mercurial por completo, también el detector de humo tiene luz).
