spacious and quiet
Really well set out. the bedroom was separate to the dining and the doors were really quiet so it didn't wake the kids and the bathroom was the furthest away.

Cute family retreat in Tokyo.
Good option for an Australian family in Tokyo. Very helpful staff and easy continental breakfast for 600yen/person. We had a Grand Family room which had two bedrooms and a basic kitchenette and washer dryer. Two toilets and bathroom with small bath.Very modern with a fresh refit and cute style. Spacious by Tokyo standards but small compared to Aus/NZ. Our children did find the Japanese style futon mattress on the floor not comfortable after a couple of nights. Overall it was cute and a good place to come back and relax after the bustle of the city.
