The noise insulation is incredibly poor. We were able to hear every foot step from the unit above. Even worse, the people in the unit above decided the run around and blast music late into the evening/early morning, and since there is no one on site, the hotel can only message them. Of course, that message went unnoticed and we had trouble sleeping the two nights we stayed.

新しい施設ですが、綺麗に清掃されており気持ち良く過ごせました。3泊したので 1日無料で清掃して貰いましたが、こんなに綺麗にして貰えるのかと感心しました。 マットレスと枕の寝心地も良く、ぐっすり眠ることができました。 キッチンもあり調理器具も揃っているため、朝ごはんを自分で作ることができ便利です。 洗濯機、乾燥機も使用しましたが、綺麗にされており利用させて貰いました。無料で使えるのは、ありがたいですし、子供が一緒の旅行だと助かります。 一階だったため上の階の足音は聞こえますが、私達が泊まっている時の他の方のマナーも良いためか静かでした。 総合的に満点ですが、一つ気になったことがあり、雨の日の利用でしたが、風呂の窓のところに軒先から落ちる雨音がずっとポタポタと音がしていました。 建物の構造上の問題でしょうが、とても気になりました。 ただそれ以外は満点ですので、また別府に行くことがあれば利用させて頂きたいです。
