We prefer this area to the others as you can walk onto the old town for more traditional atmosphere or take a 20 mins walk to Americas for a more lively and touristy area

Lovely warm area - great for some winter sun. We stayed in Los Christianos and explored the surrounding areas also - Playa San Juan being a favourite. Recommend exploring the mountains, including montana de guaza (we solo-hiked this at sunrise).

Far too many lucky, lucky men and restaurant touts! Plain clothes police should prioritise targetting the men trying to push cheap bracelets on to tourists and then asking for money. It's extortion and a crime!

Given the chance head out on a non chasing boat trip from los cristainos to go and see the pilot whales! Simply amazing.
"Friendly welcome by security staff as reception was closed before our late arrival. Room excelled and all staff encountered were friendly and professional. Hope to return soon."
"Ideal. Room had bit wear and tear but did not effect stay. Clean. Apartment was large. All amenities worked. Pool was nice. Lunch menu was good and reasonable priced. Was a struggle to get back up hill but only 20 mins walk to beach front. "
