O hotel tem o pior atendimento que tive na Italia, recepcionista grosseira, as funcionarias do cafe da manha altamente grosseiras, dava medo pedir um cafe que diga-se de passagem tinha que ser servido por elas pois nao tinhamos opção de maquinas para nos servirmos. Hotel bem antigo parece um labirinto. Não recomendo

Ottima atmosfera originale dell' epoca e mantenuta dalla proprietà,in fase di ristrutturazione dopo l alluvione,avrei gradito più cura nelle teche dell' esposizione delle ceramiche,e una colazione meno impersonale ,spero a causa dell' alluvione,la mia camera dava sulla strada ed è risultata un po' rumorosa, valorizzare di più l offerta gastronomica del faentino,ottima colonna sonora nella hall,nel complesso un soggiorno piacevole,molta disponibilità al desk accoglienza

Ottimo albergo, centralissimo, ottimo servizio, unica pecca il parcheggio dell'auto, ma siamo capitati nel giorno della festa del torrone e possiamo capire. Consigliato.
