Small, well decorated and clean standard rooms with an abundance of mirrors. Ours looked out onto a wall unfortunately, so limited natural light. There is a tiny area where you can get free tea, coffee and cold drinks, but no lounge area per se. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast for a 4* hotel was poor. Located in the neighbouring pizza restaurant. Location is great, with all major sites walkable. There is no restaurant or hotel bar. Would I stay again? If the price was right. It felt more 3* than 4*.

Our stay at Hotel Milu Milano was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, the amenities were excellent, and everything was thoughtfully maintained. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and they were especially warm and caring toward our son, which meant so much to us. It’s rare to find a team that makes such a lasting impression. Their hospitality turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Milu Milano to anyone visiting Milan. Thank you so very much again, Larisa, Lorenzo & Emiljan!

Nicely renovated, artistically decorated, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed staying there as a couple visiting to meet friends. The neighborhood behind has good restaurants and cafes. The subway right in front is convenient, and it is a short walk to the fashion quarter. Plenty of bikes, e-bikes, and scooters by app available right in front, as well as new good bike lanes. Only drawback is the plaza and subway entrance draw a lot of people on weekend nights, and there is substantial car traffic on the broad boulevards on both sides, so the noise came through even with double-paned windows.

Hotel is recently renovated and you can tell, everything is so clean and polished. The bedrooms are really comfortable with excellent thought out furniture. The complimentary mini bar is perfect for those moments in your room after discovering Milano. In terms of location, it is located next to public transport routes but found everywhere walkable for the sites. Locally excellent selection of restaurants, really enjoyed recommendation from the front desk. Everyone is incredibly helpful and much appreciated when new to the city with only broken Italian in my backpocket!
