10/10 Exceptional

I booked a room here for 2 nights for a wedding over at Brig O'Doon and felt very well looked after and "at home" here. When I arrived by car, the car park was a decent size, free to park in and was right outside the hotel. The check in and check out processes were very straightforward and simple. I had a lovely dinner at the hotel restaurant on my first night and the room was very spacious, clean and well designed. The hot chocolate and mini shortbread were a lovely touch! All in all, I had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend it!

4/10 Fair

Food was excellent staff excellent however our executive room was above the kitchen we were awakened before light with now of bins and staff noise directly below our window, the noise of trolleys being moved around in a small alley way was horrendous, I fully understand work never stops , however ruined our stay/sleep ,
