The staff were wonderful and could not have been kinder or more helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of choices - cereal, toast, yoghurt, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, sweet choices, juice, hot drinks etc. The bed was not comfortable for us and we felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Also the aircon broke the day we arrived and so we spent 3 nights trying to sleep in a sauna. The bar fridge also did not work so our drinks were not cold and our food spoiled.

Nice little hotel. I booked because I was planning on driving and they offered parking, but plans changed and we took the train. It is a bit of a walk with luggage but doable. In the bathroom it was missing a shower door, room 203, which made the shower part more challenging. Breakfast was not great. They stored our luggage while we were in downtown, which was very helpful. Over all a bellow average stay.

A limpeza esteve adequada porém o serviço de atendimento ao cliente foi deplorável. Quando chegamos no dia 12/10/26 o hotel estava sem eletricidade devido a um serviço de manutenção na rua. Eu havia alugado, por 4 dias, um quarto de casal do tipo luxo. O quarto 402 ficava no quarto andar. Fiz o check in as 14h00 como sugerido pelo hotel. O elevador não funcionava. Pedi um ajudante para me auxiliar a levar minhas duas malas pesadas e duas mochilas (minha e de minha mulher) para o quarto. A recepcionista disse que nao havia ajudante disponivel e que poderia chamar alguém mas que demoraria e nao aceitou que eu deixasse as malas na portaria. Tive que fazer 4 viagens subindo os 4 andares com minhas malas. Fomos passear em Veneza. No final da noite, de volta ao hotel, nao havia agua para tomarmos banho. No dia seguinte quando reclamei. disseram que isso era devido à falta de eletricidade no dia 12/10. A partir do dia 13/10 a agua e a eletricidade voltaram a funcionar. O hotel nao se desculpou nem tomou qualquer iniciativa para reduzir o desconforto e os custos financeiros e de energia dos hospedes. O cafe da manhã, de 10 euros por pessoa, é caro frente a que oferece. Muitos doces e carboidratos e nada de proteinas e frutas. O ovo cozido e o iogurt eram as unicas opcoes mais saudáveis. O acesso a internet quase nunca funcionou. Quando reclamei disseram que a internet era gratis e portanto eu nao devia reclamar. Se soubesse disso teria escolhido outro hotel para me hospedar.

Heel teleurgesteld!!! Airco in panne met 35°c!! We aanvaarden de kamer omdat er ons gemeld wordt dat deze de dag zelf hersteld zou worden, wat dus absoluut niet het geval was -》nacht van 30°c zonder Airco!! Hierdoor hebben we onze eigen ventilatoren moeten halen en in gebruik nemen. Er wordt door ons ook op voorhand gevraagd of er plaats is voor een aanhangwagen, daar krijgen we een positief antwoord op en bij aankomst moet deze dus ergens anders geparkeerd worden om plaats te laten voor de voertuigen van het personeel. We vragen een financiële compensatie voor de nacht zonder airco, deze wordt ons geweigerd omdat we toch overnacht hebben, dit desondanks dat we de kamer aanvaard hebben op basis van een valse belofte!! Het ontbijt is verschrikkelijk, de fruitsap is geconcentreerd sap met water, roereieren zijn gewoon koud, de joghurt is warm en dus lopend (goed voor bacteriën)! Hier gaan we nooit meer naartoe en ik raad het ten strengste af. Het enige positieve dat ik zou kunnen vinden is de nabijheid van het station, maar de straten/wijk zijn ook niet van de beste, meest secure.

O hotel é confortável e limpo. Simples, mas atendeu ao que precisávamos. Com móveis suficientes para as nossas necessidades. O ar condicionado não funciona, o quarto estava abafado. Falta prateleiras no banheiro para acondicionar as necessaires. O café da manhã é com poucas opções e não agradou aos nossos paladares. Tem um estacionamento no local que não é cobrado.
