Our stay at the AND Hotel was excellent. The facility was very clean, well maintained, and well furnished. All of the staff were exceptionally nice, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect for visiting a wide variety of interesting sites and restaurants, all within relatively short walking distances. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back to it in the future.

Tuvimos una excelente estancia. Todo el personal fue muy atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier cuestión. La habitación era hermosa, también el baño, y todo estaba muy limpio. Había algunos desperfectos en la habitación, pero nada grave. También muy buena temperatura, siendo invierno. Las vistas muy bonitas y las noches muy tranquilas y sin ruidos. Quedamos muy contentos y con ganas de quedarnos más tiempo.

Everything at The And Hotel Istanbul was excellent. Since the transfer they arranged for us, until the reception once we arrived in the hotel, was impeccable. Mr. Murat and Mr. Suleyman were the best of the best at front desk. They took care of all for us to make us like feel at home. The room was the expected one, clean, big enough for us, with a wonderful view to the Hagia Sophia Mosque. All working perfect in the bathroom, big size, and good conditions for a handicapped person as solicited.Hotel location is the best in Istanbul, very close to the landmarks to visit, surrendered by a pedestrian street, beautiful restaurants, safe conditions, etc. I truly recommend this hotel for everyone going to Istanbul in the Sultanahmet area.

Het absolute hoogtepunt is de 360° panorama terras, waar je een adembenemend uitzicht hebt over de stad – echt een aanrader! The location was perfect, The guys at reception were great. The restaurant staff were very average. The breakfast room was very sad. The cleaners did not clean the room well, although the bed was clean. I felt we were an inconvenience. I would not recommend them.

Overall, I’m very satisfied. The best thing is the location. Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Basilica Cistern are all within walking distance, which is extremely convenient. The staff service was also excellent. Although they initially said that fulfilling my request for a room with a balcony would depend on availability, they ended up granting my request. From the balcony, I had a direct view of Hagia Sophia and was able to enjoy a stunning view. One area for improvement is that the hairdryer would shut off too quickly.
