This hotel was brand new, so you would expect a great experience. However, checking into the hotel, it was confusing and under construction. And when we got into our room, we noticed that the sheets were stained and covered in hair. Our mirror was not attached the wall and we had to ask for new sheets because there weren’t any other rooms available

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing let me start by saying that!! The hotel just opened so bare with them as we did have some difficulties but again the service and responsiveness from the staff beyond made up for it! They allowed us to check in early at 1pm and when our flight delayed they allowed us to checkout at 3pm! The tv actually have Netflix,prime etc to sign in and enjoy the view from our room was very nice! Sense they just opened and had rooms open at check in the women allowed us to look at a few different room to pick the view we like! (Again they just opened so when they get more busy don’t expect this on a regular). Now the difficulties I spoke of was the toilet it got stopped up in our first room and when we called they immediately changed our room. It happened in the second room and they came immediately and took care of it and it didn’t happen anymore. I think checking on the plumbing system should be something they do as they perfect the hotel but nonetheless my boyfriend and I both said we can’t wait to come back to NY int he spring or summer and stay here again to see how much they’ve elevated!

Condition of the facility needs some attention, everything was a little rough. The room was less than stellar too. A previous guests underwear hanging from the TV. The TV had no remote and was unusable. Towels were stained and toiletries were nearing empty. The patio included with the room was full of ice/snow and unfinished building materials. Not the greatest experience.
