Pan Pacific Xiamen
"My wife and I highly recommend Pan Pacific Xiamen for its excellent customer service — the staff not only catered to our needs but were also one step ahead in anticipating them and addressing them, from offering to bring to us coffee at the breakfast buffet, seeing that I was using a cane due to challenges that I had been having with my left foot; to the staff offering to quickly tidy up the bathroom and change the towels (we had the do-not-disturb sign on our doorknob that day) when they delivered extra bottled water that I had requested; to the Concierge desk, in particular Ray, who we approached first thing in the morning of our first full day there, when we decided that I needed to consult a doctor about my left foot. Ray looked up a nearby clinic, initiated contact with them for us, advised us of an appointed time to go there, and shared with us a link of its location on a map. Ray even made sure, without our requesting it of him (as we didn’t even know such a place existed) that the clinic he recommended was one that catered to foreigners (his seeing that we neither spoke nor understood Chinese). Ray’s English was excellent, and he carried himself in a professional, courteous, and pleasant matter. I could not have ask for more from a hotel staff, especially in a moment of my medical emergency. Even the staff at the front entrance of the hotel were quick to assist me navigate the stairs up and down, to and from our vehicle. Thank you, Pan Pacific Hotel."

For those in search of something a bit different, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and can sometimes offer better value. When you make a reservation through Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average.
