Very disappointing experience. We were moved to the Galleria and did not stay at Emily Hallmark as originally booked. There was no pool access, which was a major issue as we have kids. To make things worse, there were ants everywhere in the apartment.
During a 3-week stay, the cleaner only came twice, which is completely unacceptable.
They did offer to send us to another apartment just to use the pool, but it was a 25-minute drive, which is impractical and not a real solution.
Overall, poor service and not what we paid for. Would not rebook with these guys.
