10/10 Exceptional

The staffs were the best, breakfast was exceptional, location perfect. Only down part was the shower, for someone that is big and tall taking a shower daily was a struggle. Management should look into this.

10/10 Exceptional

My stay was great. The airline lost our luggage and the front desk staff went above and beyond to help us locate it. We are forever grateful to them. The hotel itself is newer so it’s really clean and the rooms are quite spacious. We only had the breakfast at the hotel and they had a lot of good options. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality.”

Peaceful away from the hustle and bustle

The hotel is very new next to the new stadium sports complex which is one year old. There was some problems with the shower door and safe but the staff quickly moved us to another room. Breakfast and room service were very good. The shower has excellent strong water pressure and air cons work very well. You have to get a taxi into the centre of stone town which will cost you USD15 each way, but it is worth for the convenience of being away from the hustle and bustle - it was peaceful.

4/10 Fair

Henkilökunta respassa oli tyytymättön oloisia, kun taas ravintolan henkilökunta iloisia. Huone tuoksui oudolle eikä ikkunoita saanut lukkoon.
