Older style town house with lack of sufficient insulation as the top level of town house was bery HOT at 10pm at night. Fans had been left on but felt like an oven. TV turned on but remote did not work. Could not change channel or turn volume up or down.

Parken direkt vor dem Zimmer. Sehr großes Apartment. Badezimmer hatte wohl behindertengerechte Ausstattung, jedenfalls floss Wasser unter dem Vorhang in einen Abfluss in der Mitte des Badezimmers was unangenehm war. Auf der Seite der Parkplätze wurde es morgens sehr laut wenn Leute abreisten und z.B. noch den Müll entsorgten . Bin den 2. Tag in das andere Zimmer umgezogen was trotz der Lage zur Straße besser war. Klima im Wohnzimmer gibt es nicht, nur einen Ventilator. Sehr großer Fernseher wo u.a. Netflix funktionierte.

Room was expectionally clean, especially since Covid it's been hard to find places that are keeping up with their standards. Rooms were a bit outdated but did not bother us as we loved the simple rooms with not much inside. Definitely will recommend to friends and family and we will be staying here again on our next travels to Townsville. Reception lady sorry I can't remember her name, she was lovely. Thank you

Very Affordable, cpacious 2 br apartment with ac in both bedrooms, overlooking the strand. Lovely area for walking or a swim in the rockpool or ocean.. which is across the road. Fully equipped for in house cooking if needed. Great communication. Odd street parking available outside your unit. Lovely outdoor seating area. We stayed here years ago and it has certainly improved with the upgrades. Thankyou CWA, for continuing to provide ovely affordable accommodation.

We stayed in the A Cottage, fantastic. I would suggest more power points in the main bedroom, this would allow for phone charging.we only had a single point, which wasbehind the bed. This is my only issue, fabulous accommodation and very polite staff.

The place was fairly clean and spacious. Directly across from the rock pool which is great. No complaints except non existent staff during check in, so we had to wait a while for someone to respond to our repeated bell ringing. When they showed up there was no apology for having to wait in the heat for so long with a small child. I would recommend for the area and the full kitchen.

Looks clean but actually filthy. Dust everywhere, on screen doors, under bed, under couch. Floor wasnt mopped or swept/vaccuumed, our feet were dirty walking on the floor. Communication/customer service was poor. They dont even change the linen or blankets. Just remake the beds. 👀 Bathroom sliding door didnt have a guider to be able to lock the door without someone helping from the outside. Shower sliding door came off the hindges a few times during our stay.
