The hotel is very conveniently located within Terminal 2, which makes it a great option if you have an early flight the following morning. However, it was surprisingly difficult to find, with very little signage or direction within the terminal. Check-in was okay, but unfortunately I was downgraded from the room type I had originally paid for, which was disappointing. Overall, the location is the main advantage of this hotel. It is a practical choice for convenience before an early flight, but the lack of clear directions and the room downgrade affected my experience.

Breakfast wasn’t worth the price. Short staffed, not a lot of items to choose from other than eggs that didn’t offer a lot of accompaniments for an omelette as 3 quarters of the add on ingredient bowls were empty and the cook was on her own so couldn’t replenish. Also, night before we ordered a mixed seafood platter for 2 that was one of the more expensive items on the menu and it was sooo over cooked. Everything was tried up. They comp’d us breakfast the next morning but should have had them remove from bill given the quality of the breakfast. The hotel itself is very nice with spacious rooms etc. for which I give a high rating. The restaurant brings it down thought
