I often stay at this hotel if I have an early morning flight and it's probably my favorite in-terminal hotel at MEX. The staff is super helpful, it's right in T2, and the rooms are both comfortable and well appointed. I will definitely be back.

I always stay at this hotel when traveling in and out of CDMX. It has consistently been a good experience: convenient, comfortable, and reliable. However, on my most recent stay, the room had some maintenance issues that affected the experience. I hope the hotel addresses them soon, as it's otherwise a place I'm happy to keep coming back to.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel is perfect right in the airport. Plenty of food options. Quiet and nice for an early flight the next day. The staff was super helpful.

Very nice hotel and very helpful staff. You have everything you need in this hotel, safe transportation, good restaurant and convenient location for T2. The only issue is WiFi signal is not very strong in some of the rooms.

8/10 Very good

Comfortable bed clean room but some things were missing.no roomservice menu and when I contacted housekeeping they said they would deliver one however they did not. No small spoon or stir sticks for tea and coffee. I was on the lowest level and music from the restaurant was annoying. My stay last year was much better , better room and higher floor

6/10 Good

The hotel is very conveniently located within Terminal 2, which makes it a great option if you have an early flight the following morning. However, it was surprisingly difficult to find, with very little signage or direction within the terminal. Check-in was okay, but unfortunately I was downgraded from the room type I had originally paid for, which was disappointing. Overall, the location is the main advantage of this hotel. It is a practical choice for convenience before an early flight, but the lack of clear directions and the room downgrade affected my experience.

This is a very nice hotel with a great restaurant and friendly and helpful employees. My only gripe is that both times I stayed, arriving @ 9:30 in the evening, the wait to check in both times was almost 1/2 an hour.

This is my favorite hotel! The service is outstanding, and the rooms are spotless. I absolutely love the pillows—they're incredibly comfortable. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. My stay was truly unforgettable. I always enjoy coming back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a comfortable, relaxing experience.
