Nice welcoming by Angelo. Room clean. Bed looks new - comfortable. Kitchenette with everything in it. Only thing that needs repair is the shower head. The water went all over, so for someone who doesn’t want to wash one’s hair everyday, I recommend a shower cap. Free parking is very convenient. Soundproof rooms. Conveniently located next to nail place and 10 min walk from a supermarket and mall. 15 min walk from the center of Usaquen.

My wife and I have had a terrible experience with VOU Suites. We have been left without both internet and cable TV for four consecutive days. When we reached out for help, there was no one available at the front desk, forcing us to handle everything via WhatsApp messages. ​The only support offered was a generic, automated instruction to "unplug and restart the modem," which did absolutely nothing. To make matters worse, we were promised a technician would come to fix the issue, but they were a complete no-show. We have spent our evenings staring at a blank screen with zero updates. The lack of communication and complete disregard for customer service is unacceptable.
