Exceed expectations

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was gorgeous and exceed our expectations. The staff was very nice and accommodating as well. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but there is a bus stop right outside the front door which was very convenient.

The staff were very helpful and nice. They helped us find a parking in the very busy street of Positano. They gave us great recommendations and were always available by WhatsApp. The room itself had great spacing, clean and comfortable. The back yard is a great addition for relaxing as well. Overall we had a great experience with Casa Malu.

The location of this hotel is on top of the hill. The city bus stops right outside of the hotel door! We didn’t know this and lugged our luggage all the way up the hundreds of steep steps, a mistake I hope others will not make. Ask for the bus stop after you get off the ferry or pay for it to be transported up. Other than that it was fantastic. Great boutique hotel, clean, modern, excellent sea view. The staff was on lunch break so we had to wait for 15min which was irritating after we were exhausted lugging the luggage’s. But she was super nice and helpful when she showed up.

The first thing we experienced was a remarkable staff, truly guest oriented. The room was actually a spotless apartment with a great balcony and small well equipped kitchen. It sits on a busy chaotic corner intersection that in its own can be entertaining, but not disruptive. The small cafe next to Casa Mula is great for breakfast and coffee. It sits fairly high above the shops and Marina, which are walkable using either the pedestrian walkway (many stairs) or the elusive pedestrian path on the road. The road is easier on the knees, the stairs a bit quicker. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful place with Perfect location!

Karla and Danielle were wonderful hosts. I have stayed here before it is the most beautiful and spacious apartment, super large, super clean, two full bathrooms/bath etc. huge kitchen with island, lots of closet space and an amazing outdoor patio. Karla was soooooo amazing! booked us dinner reservations and ride, booked our luggage porters, gave us a bunch of reccos for restaurants, and always responded within minutes. Location is PERFECT! its up the hill so you get beautiful views of Positano but conveniently right in front of the bus stop to go up and down as you wish if you don't feel like doing the stairs. downstairs there is a grocery store and convenience store, 2 restaurants./bar amazing! you could not ask for more. perfect location. I will be staying here again! Thanks so much XOXO

Reservamos a Casa Malu devido às avaliações positivas mas foi uma decepção.É um Airbnb ruim,não um hotel como descrito.Na chegada: nosso trem atrasou,chegamos 19hrs e não tinha ninguém lá.Que tipo de hotel 19hrs não tem uma pessoa pra abrir a porta?Ficamos 40 min na calçada pra fora aguardando alguém chegar e nos dar a chave.Não tem ninguém na portaria,não tem câmeras,não tem alarme,não tem nada.O serviço de quarto não existe,e a arrumação que fazem passa por lá só pra arrumar a cama e tirar o lixo.O banheiro não é limpo e tem cheiro de banheiro sujo o tempo todo.O chão é imundo,não dá pra andar descalço porque não passam um pano sequer no chão!O chuveiro é horrível, a água do chuveiro cai direto box e vc fica grudado no box pra lavar o cabelo.Tem uma janela no banheiro que dá pra rua e as pessoas conseguem te ver tomando banho.Tivemos que colocar uma toalha na janela pra ter privacidade.A janela dá em cima de uma laje baixa e qualquer um pode entrar por ela.A pia não possui espaço pra colocar as coisas. Tem uma mini cozinha de 1 metro quadrado super estranha que dentro dela tem uma porta no alto que não sei aonde dá.O sofá cama é horrível e a cama de casal tem um buraco que vc afunda (colchão velho).Internet:esquece! Não funciona.Reclamamos e deram a senha do vizinho pra gente!No hall há mesa com cadeira como se fosse portaria mas nunca vimos ng lá. No check out,apesar de ter combinado, ninguém apareceu,deixei a chave escondida.Gente estranha na rua.Arrependi mto!Caro&ruim!
